6.I will always advise clients to seek medical advice when symptoms presented require orthodox medical treatment.

7.To practice within the realms of the law.

8.I will never suggest herbal remedies that are illegal or would endanger their health.

9.I will avoid direct and blatant advertising.

10.I will honour and respect our natural environment and resources and advice others regarding the importance of nurturing and protecting them.

11.I will manage my business in an ethical and sustainable way.

12.I will continue to develop and deepen my knowledge and skills through continuing professional development and experience.

13.I will always be true to and respect the ethos of traditional herbalism and work to preserve the traditional ways for future generations, in honour of our ancestors.

Any inappropriate behaviour by enquirers and/or clients will result in my relationship with them being terminated and my policy is to refer to the police authorities if necessary. Complimentary therapists deserve to be treated in accordance with their training and any unacceptable behaviour will not be tolerated.
