Discovery Call

I offer a free, no obligation, discovery call either online or by telephone (UK Only). This is a short 15 minute call where you can discuss your main area(s) of concern. I will explain my current wellbeing programmes, and how, as a herbalist & wellbeing coach, I may be able help you on our wellbeing journey or support you through the Menopause.

 

Discovery Calls are currently available Monday & Thursday evenings and all day on Wednesdays & Fridays.
